Nakajo of the Yaminobu

"Best friend of Otowa Hyoko (who gave him his "Chusen"), and the first to fight Battosai upon his entrance of the Binding Forest. In the manga, Battosai cuts off his arms and, as Nakajo runs into a cave, follows him inside. There Nakajo sets off the second bond (the first being the forest itself), killing himself and causing Battosai to temporarily lose his hearing. In the OVA Battosai simply impales him on his katana, and he sets off the bond as he dies. His death is later used by Otowa as an excuse to join Enishi's Jinchu campaign." - from wikipedia, originally from my brain

Another step in my quest to give side-characters love! None of the Yaminobu seem to have too many fans (except Mumyoi, and if any), so..... Ta-da!!

In addition, I watched the part of the OVAs (they are as bad as people say) that had this guy, and during part of it he ate some snow, attacked Kenshin/Battosai, hid behind a tree, pulled down his mask, ate more snow, then attacked again. Water deficiency <.< .....
